Tickets on Eventbrite here or contact Tim Kidd 07725 316 6173DA12C71-3FCC-406D-A8AD-B450C1

On Saturday 24th September Richard Navarro and Nicholas Thurston perform a concert of their extraordinary songs within the beautiful surroundings of Mary's Church.

Richard and Nicholas have toured concert halls and festivals across the UK and Ireland including guest support for the likes of Joan Armatrading, Imelda May and Robert Plant.

They come to Chartham hot on the heels of a summer tour organised in collaboration with the Churches Conservation Trust, in which the multi-instrumentalists filled magical church buildings run by the Trust with music from their 2020 album 'Firewatching'.

With Richard's soulful, heart-wrenching vocal delivery, piano and violin alongside Nicholas's acoustic guitar and double bass, the Chartham concert will see them perform a range of new and well-gigged material including songs from previous albums 'Let Go Light', 'Along the Lines' and 'Kahani'.

Tickets priced at just £12 and include Flower Festival entry on any day.

"Richard is a genius. He has exalted words in such a way that angels could hear them." Lemn Sissay

"Fantastic" Imelda May

"Finely-crafted songwriting" Joan Armatrading

"Staggeringly talented" Charlie Andrew

"An amazing voice" Lin Marsh

Getting Connected

Small Groups

While Sundays are a great way to meet new people, it is often in smaller gatherings that you can really get to know someone. Being part of one of our small groups allows you to make new friends, share together and support each other. We have a variety of groups that meet throughout the week, some afternoons and some evenings. Check out Small Groups and see if there’s one that you could join, or we can put you in touch with a small group leader who will be more than happy to invite you along to their group.
